New Home Warranty Registration

Pinnacle Home Environment is your New Home Builders heating, cooling, and fireplace contractor of choice. As a result, we are extremely excited to let you know that we are responsible for the warranty on your furnace and air conditioner for the first two years.

This warranty is governed by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program. There are exceptions to the Ontario New Home Warranty Program administered by Tarion.

  • Does not cover repairs that are the result of a lack of maintenance
  • Does not cover repairs that are the result of the system being modified by an unauthorized contractor, this includes the addition of an air conditioner and/or accessories
